Legal first and last names for all passengers in your cabin (i.e. I am Kimberly not just Kim, as Kimberly is on my passport), full address, phone, date of birth, type of cabin desired, credit/debit card number, type (Visa, AmEx, MC, Discover), expiration date, name on card and valid email address. If you are a past guest on Carnival, please have your Past Guest number, if possible. If not, I will get for you and attach to your booking.)

PRICING
Interior cabins - based on double occupany - $293.83 per person (3rd/4th persons sharing the same cabin - $163.88 per person)
Oceanview cabins - based on double occupancy - $333.83 per person (3rd/4th persons sharing the same cabin - $183.83 per person)

Please call for suite pricing - full deposit of $150 per person is required to book suites.
**A cocktail party will be provided for the group onboard. Details at a later date.**
PAYMENT DEADLINES
$25 per person (minimum) deposit due now
Additional $125 per person (minimum) due no later than May 5, 2010
Remaining balance due no later than July 5, 2010

Passports are highly recommended, as all air travel to/from Mexico requires a valid passport.

Misc. costs:
Parking at the port. Current rates are $15 per day, per vehicle; Gratuities of $40 per passenger are additional and can be paid onboard; Shore Excursions in Cozumel (optional group excursions will be planned based on number of people interested i.e. zip line, Tulum ruins, private Cozumel Island tour, etc.) Costs to be determined.
Travel insurance is highly recommended - rates vary by age/cabin chosen but will be highly affordable for this cruise. Call or e-mail Kim for specific questions about insurance.
**Carnival has the right to reinstate a fuel supplement if oil reaches more than $70 a barrel.**
DINING onboard:
For those of you who have never sailed, all your meals** are included onboard. Go crazy! Dinner is a set time in the dining room and will either be at 6:00PM or 8:15PM. It would be fun to try and dine together, but if you prefer one time over another, please let me know. Dining will be at 6:00PM for the group unless someone prefers late dining at 8:15PM. We should also be able to work with you to be at the table of others with whom you are traveling, up to about 10 people maximum per table.
**Alcohol and soft drinks are extra. You can always purchase a soda card the first day of the cruise and have unlimited soft drinks for the duration of the cruise. Alcohol is typically priced like at a restaurant and will be assessed a 15% automatic gratuity at the time of purchase. You will set up a credit/debit card account for those incidentals prior to sailing. (Tea, coffee, lemonade, water and juices for breakfast are included in the price of your cruise.)
