For those of you who aren't friends or family, you are probably wondering who I am. My name is Kim Ponder. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology and worked in social services for several years. While I enjoyed working with older adults, a desire to be my own boss tugged at me for years. I worked for Delta Air Lines for nearly eight years when I was in my 20s. That career got me excited about the travel industry and afforded me the opportunity to see a little of what the world has to offer. It is an amazing world out there, and there is much you need to discover!
In 2005, my husband and I purchased a Cruise Planners franchise. This company is the best, and we made the right decision. While my husband continues his long teaching career, I run the business full-time. I try to make myself as easily accessible to my clients as possible, via phone or email. I want to be able to do the research necessary to find you the perfect trip, whether you are taking a family vacation, enjoying retirement, planning an exciting honeymoon or traveling with a group. I spend lots of time finding the right cruise or vacation package based on my clients' wishes. Many of my clients are first-time cruisers, honeymooners or organizing a group trip and need to be educated about the choices, costs and benefits of travel. There are lots of choices and endless benefits. A fulfilling vacation is the best way to relax with family and friends and provide a lifetime of memories.
